Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from DVNTY unless you re-enroll.
If you are subscribed to multiple DVNTY messaging programs, you may need to opt out of each program separately, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

DVNTY may change any short code, phone number, or sender ID used to operate the Service at any time.
If such changes occur, we will make reasonable efforts to notify users. However, messages sent to previous numbers or codes (including STOP or HELP commands) may not be received, and DVNTY is not responsible for honoring requests sent to inactive numbers.
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Delivery of SMS messages is subject to effective transmission from your mobile carrier or network operator and may be affected by factors beyond our control.
You agree to provide a valid and accurate mobile phone number when enrolling in the Service.
If your mobile number changes, you are responsible for re-subscribing with your new number.
